Members of IPA South Africa are cordially invited to participate in the 2016 NOW EXTENDED to 2017 IPA Photography Competition.

1ST CATEGORY

Wildlife

Wildlife of South Africa

Photos of South African wildlife – animals, birds, fish, plants, flowers, etc.

2ND CATEGORY

SAPS

Police @ Work

Photos of SAPS, Metro Police, Provincial/Municipal or National Parks Board scenes and/or activities.

3RD CATEGORY

Photos of people, sunsets, buildings, mountains, sea views, pets, etc.

Open

Photos of people, sunsets, buildings, mountains, sea views, pets, etc.

The winner in each category will receive a cash prize of R500 and will also be automatically entered for the 2017 International IPA Photography Competition for a chance to win a cash prize of €400.00 (over R4000)!

IPA-SA Photo Competition Entry Form

[themify_icon icon=\”fa-warning\”] Rules

  • Entry is open to members of IPA South Africa.
  • The photo must have been taken by the member himself/herself or an immediate family member (spouse or child) of the IPA member.
  • No restriction on the number of entries being submitted.
  • Images must be submitted with the name and address of the member, title of the image clearly written and the member’s contact details.
  • Each photo entry must individually be accompanied by the Entry Form as attached.
  • Entries will be published on the IPA (SA) Website & Newsletter and where appropriate distributed within the Association and/or other interested parties.

 

  • The NEC will appoint a selection panel and which will include a photography specialist.
  • Winning entries and others found suitable will be entered into the International Photography Competition of which the closing date is 31 March 2017.
  • International Awards:
    Category Winner = 300 EURO & Overall Winner = 400 EURO
  • International Announced – During the 2017 IPA World Congress to be held in Bulgaria.
