People from all walks of life descend on these shores annually looking to reclaim their love for life and recharge their batteries. The charming fishing village of Velddrif is the ideal place for the next National Council Meeting as it offers solitude, tranquillity and sincere hospitality &#8211; all key ingredients for the perfect Meeting venue.<\/p>\n<p>The 2021 National Council Meeting will therefore be held at the Riviera Hotel, Velddrif and hosted by the West Coast Region.\u00a0 The Riviera Hotel is located in Velddrif and situated on the Berg River. Also in close proximity to many shops, restaurants and other such convenient amenities.<\/p>\n<p>Velddrif is a coastal fishing town in the Bergrivier Local Municipality, Western Cape, South Africa. It is located near the estuary where the Berg River flows into St. Helena Bay.\u00a0 The estuary is filled with wildlife and is home to around 30\u00a0000 birds.\u00a0 Of the 30\u00a0000 different bird species found in the area, 80 species are endemic to the Cape Coast.<\/p>\n<p>IPA West Coast Region is looking forward to hosting this event with IPA colleagues\/friends\/visitors from South Africa and Africa.<\/p>\n<h5>Notes<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Cost<\/strong> &#8211; <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><em>R3,250.00<\/em><\/strong><\/span> per person to attend the conference.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bookings<\/strong> &#8211; Registration and Payment must be completed and paid in full by <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>30 September 2021<\/strong><\/span>. <em>No refunds after cut-off date.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Accommodation<\/strong> &#8211; IPA delegates\/observers\/visitors and friends will only be accommodated for the entire period in question as the package given to the International Police Association (IPA) is available only on this condition.\u00a0 This includes visitors and guest accompanying delegates and those arriving unannounced.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visitors<\/strong> &#8211; As decided during the previous National Council Meeting there will be no program for visitors.
