The National Executive Committee (NEC) of IPA South Africa is glad to inform you that the NCM<\/span><\/span> arrangements have been finalised and looking forward to host this event with IPA colleagues \/ friends \/ visitors from South Africa and Africa.<\/p>\n

The 2019 National Council Meeting will take place from 7 to 10 November 2019 at the Weesgerus Resort located just 3km outside Modimolle (Nylstroom).<\/p>\n

The National Executive Committee has approved the funding of one (1) delegate \/ observer per attending Region, to attend the 2019 National Council Meeting free of cost.\u00a0 Preference should be given to provide a younger member who is not serving on a Committee the opportunity to attend the NCM for exposure.<\/em><\/p>\n

As decided during a previous National Council Meeting there will be no visitors programme for visitors on Friday, 8 November 2019.\u00a0 Visitors are more than welcome, but will be responsible to entertain themselves.\u00a0 There is a variety of activities to entertain everyone\u2019s needs at Weesgerus or in close proximity of the Venue. A program in the true cause of the IPA Objectives is planned for Saturday, 9th<\/sup> November 2019 in which all delegates, observers and visitors will be participating.\u00a0 It will entail a Community Outreach Programme at the Abraham Kriel Childcare Facility, Modimolle.\u00a0 More information will follow in due course.<\/p>\n

Transport for members between Weesgerus and OR Tambo \/ Lanseria International Airports will be available for attending members at no additional cost.\u00a0 Such arrangements must be communicated with IPA South Africa’s Travel Secretary by no later than 12:00 on Friday<\/span><\/span>, 27th<\/sup> September 2019<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/em><\/p>\n
