International Youth Gatherings\u00a0are hosted annually by different Sections, inviting 15 – 17 year olds, in groups of around 50 participants. Arthur Troop Scholarships are awarded annually and at least one will be granted to each continent in which IPA have member sections. Each scholarship consists of a bursary of up to 2500 \u20ac, to be used for a seminar at the International Conference Centre IBZ Schloss Gimborn, or at a comparable institution.<\/h4> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
