IPA members wanting to travel to other Sections, <\/span> whether to neighbouring countries or abroad can <\/span> enjoy a wonderful and fulfilling experience.<\/span> IPA provides members across the world the <\/span> chance to experience exotic destinations \u2013 while <\/span> in the care of people who share a common <\/span> interest by providing safety and security.<\/span> IPA South Africa has developed IPA Travelling <\/span> Procedures which act as guiding principles for <\/span> those IPA members who wish to undertake an <\/span> international travel and is directed at ensuring <\/span> that all travel arrangements are undertaken <\/span> within accepted norms and timeframes<\/span>.<\/p>

The INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL FORM MUST BE USED when IPA groups or <\/span> individuals require assistance from other Sections they are planning to <\/span> visit.\u00a0 It does not need to be used where personal contacts are already in <\/span> place, i.e. regular group exchange visits, visiting friends, etc.<\/span><\/p>

The following is to be noted:<\/span><\/p>

The applicant is responsible to make all reservations personally and <\/span> accountable for all payments;<\/span>
IPA South Africa will only provide recommendations and contact information <\/span> regarding accommodation;
<\/span>IPA South Africa will not be making any bookings or reservations on behalf <\/span> of the member\/s travelling;
<\/span>IPA South Africa will not pay any deposits on behalf of the member\/s or be <\/span> liable for any account payments.
IPA (SA) members wishing to travel abroad are requested to coordinate such travel with the IPA Travel Secretary<\/span>
