SUMMARY:World Conference of Women in the Security Sector
DESCRIPTION:“How to promote a job in the security sector and involve more women to do it and how to professionally encourage women in the security sector for career advancement” \nIPA Montenegro are hosting the World Conference of Women in the Security Sector. The Union of Montenegro police is the only union that represents the Montenegrin police. The event will take place in Budva from 19-22 February 2019\, and IPA Montenegro are inviting police and military officials from around the world. \nInvitation for the Conference is addressed to both men and women\, because this topic is not only for women\, but on the contrary\, men play an important role in the process of decision making and achieving gender equality\, so it is desirable that the delegation includes women and men. \nNumber of participants is not limited.\nDeadline for registration is 15th December 2018.\nThe working languages are English and Montenegrin.
